The food was good, with plenty of variety for all

Tastes. The evening entertainment team was really good. We encountered some loud noise disturbances and cleanliness issues in our room that detracted from the overall experience.

The location was incredible, just a short stroll away from Calo des Corral. And we were near shops, bars and restaurants, such a nice area with a beach 2 minutes walk away, and beach, center, bars, bus station, shops.

A short way to the beach which is really very beautiful.

It could have been cleaner, the floor was constantly sticky from those who had to exaggerate all-inclusive with alcoholic drinks. The food was a catastrophe at any time of the day, so we as a family ate out despite the all-inclusive. We have been to Mallorca so often but I have never experienced it like this before.

The pools were nice and very clean.

Instead of the normal double room we got a large apartment with 2 bedrooms. terrace and swimming pool. Breakfast is very extensive and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It took some time to fix the broken heater in the apartment. Duvet was just a thin woollen blanket. Finding parking spaces was already difficult.

The food took getting used to on some days.

The location woudl ve been perfect if i hadn't been kept awake all night by loud noise from some bar nearby. The dining room was an absolute chaos, too crowded, and don't even get me started on the overcooked food. I almost wrote a nice review, but i expect better treatment, especially considering my stay lasted 5 nights.

Very easy to hear and very loud. Also during nightly arrivals and departures, conversations at the reception could still be heard on the 2nd floor. Dinner was very "average"... mostly they went out to eat themselves... 75% English, little nightly consideration for other guests.

Shower was tricky for older guests.

A nice size units for sun beds, loved it.

The kids enjoyed the engaging entertainment team and the four pools, which always had sunbeds available. The daily cleaning of our spacious Twin Room was timely and thorough.

My kids wished the coffee could be improved.

The staff accommodated my needs well, especially regarding food allergies. The pool areas invited endless fun for my family. A slight challenge with stairs was manageable. A pleasant stay filled with warm hospitality.
